Here you can enjoy the best of Italian cuisine in Rome, thanks to fresh ingredients and carefully prepared dishes.

At lunchtime, in addition to the à la carte menu, let yourself be tempted by our daily menu: a selection of dishes inspired by typical local products and seasonal ingredients, designed to offer genuine and authentic flavours every day.

One of the most iconic dishes of Roman cuisine is pasta alla carbonara, prepared in strict accordance with the original recipe. Creamy, intense and enveloping, it is made with high-quality ingredients such as guanciale, pecorino romano cheese, fresh eggs and black pepper, offering a perfect balance of flavours and an authentic culinary experience in Rome.

If you don't find it on the menu, ask our staff for it along with other typical Roman dishes such as gricia, cacio e pepe and amatriciana, to savour the true flavours of the capital's tradition in the heart of Rome.
